Return and Refund Policy
At LeBaroque.fr, we select Italian artisanal creations made with the utmost care by workshops specializing in Capodimonte ceramics and Venetian masks.
Our return policy has been designed to protect both our customers' interests and the integrity of these often fragile, made-to-order works.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To initiate a return request, simply contact us at:
indicating:
- your name;
- your order number;
- the item(s) concerned.
Conditions for return acceptance
Returned items must:
- be in their original condition;
- show no signs of use or damage;
- be returned with all their accessories, certificates, and any relevant documents;
- be shipped back in their original packaging or packaging offering an equivalent level of protection.
Any return that does not comply with these conditions may be refused or subject to a deduction from the refunded amount.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a carrier that offers:
- a tracking number;
- delivery against signature;
- transport insurance adapted to the value of the work.
LeBaroque.fr cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost or damaged during its return transit.
Refunds
After receipt and verification of the returned item, the refund will be issued via the payment method used for the order.
Refunds are generally processed within 14 calendar days following the validation of the return.
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the initial delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method offered during the order are refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.
Any potential supplements resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.
Works damaged during transport
If your order arrives damaged, we invite you to:
- make precise reservations upon delivery;
- take photographs of the parcel and the product;
- contact us within a strongly recommended period of 48 hours following receipt.
These elements are essential to facilitate the opening of a procedure with our transport insurance partner, without prejudice to the legal rights and guarantees enjoyed by the consumer.
Depending on the circumstances, a replacement or a refund may be offered.
Exchanges
LeBaroque.fr does not offer direct exchanges.
For standard items eligible for the right of withdrawal, the customer may return their order under the conditions and timeframes indicated in this policy in order to obtain a refund. They can then place a new order for the work of their choice.
This policy does not concern items received damaged, defective, or non-compliant. In such situations, a repair, replacement, or refund may be offered in accordance with the applicable legal guarantees.
Artisanal creations
Our collections are made or prepared to order by Italian artisanal workshops.
Slight variations in shade, relief, finish, or dimensions may exist from one creation to another. These peculiarities attest to the artisanal nature of each piece and cannot be considered manufacturing defects.
